Step 3: Now you will have to select your district, circle, and village one after another from the dropdown lists

Step 4: Enter your land’s Dag number 

In this regard, as an alternative to this Dag number, you can search for your land details by entering the Patta number or name of the Pattadar. You will get all these options on the same page.

Step 3: Click on ‘Apply Online’

Step 4: Fill in applicant, land details, seller, and buyer forms properly 

Step 5: Upload all the required documents 

Step 6: Pay the application fees

Step 3: After logging in to your user account tap on Dharitree Land Records

Step 4: Select your village, district, and circle

Step 5: Enter Dag number, patta number, or pattadar’s name

After these, you will be able to see the land details on the Dharitree Assam You will also get the option to print that out.

This state-government-issued printed copy of the land record can act as official and certified proof of your ownership of a plot. You can, therefore, use the record for official purposes including the initial documentation process of a home loan. However, you need several other documents as well to complete the entire procedure. These include your voter ID, passport, Aadhaar card, salary slip, bank account details, employee ID, etc.
