Despite being released in theatres, the film will only get 50% occupancy. This will surely affect the box office collection. Though the film has started on a good note as going by the report of Box Office India, the spy thriller movie has sold almost 8,250 tickets on the first day and did an impressive business of 17 lakh while 11,500 have already been sold out for the weekends giving the film a collection of 24 lakh. Talking about the total screens, the movie will be releasing on 800 plus screens.

It is not the exact figure, as the said figure may also rise to 900 with Delhi NCR ruling with almost 125 screens. Presently, Bell Bottom has been a lot better than the previously released film “Roohi”, and “Mumbai Saga” as they could only manage to collect 60-65 lakh business. Speaking of the movie releasing on fewer screens, superstar Akshay Kumar stated that the entire cast and crew are feeling the pressure to find out the response of the audiences. The actor added that it was definitely a risk to release the film in the theatres but without taking risks, you can not achieve big. Well, let’s see how much the thriller movie can collect in the upcoming days.
