The upcoming episode of Ishq Par Zor Nahin begins where Dadi reaches at Psychological Shelter and enters Ishqi’s room and she tries to send Nurse out while telling a lie. Meanwhile, she decides to remove Ishqi’s oxygen mask, and as soon as she tries at the same time, Ahaan arrives there and she gets shocked to see him. He asks her why she came here she replies that she is worried about Ishqi, hence, she came here to meet her. Meantime says that the doctor called her to talk about Ishqi’s condition but when he did not tell her comprehensive details, so she decided to come here.
Then he asks her to leave and meanwhile, Ishqi is getting her senses back which makes Ahaan happy somewhere. He asks her how she is feeling now and meanwhile, apologizes to her by saying that he is regretting himself because he did not consider her. He accuses himself by saying that he is responsible for her health and asks why she did not tell him about Dadi. She replies that due to lack of evidence she could not tell him because he never trusts her without proof. But he assures that he will sort out everything as soon as possible do not worry.
After a while, Ahaan brings Ishqi and everyone gets happy to see her besides Dadi and they welcome them as well. Sarla says why they are welcoming Ishqi like this but spontaneously Ahaan burns the divorce papers in front of the entire family and says that everything is fine now. Then aunt takes off their aarti and asks them to come inside, and Sonu meets Savitri, meanwhile, Dadi comes to Ahaan and asks him to choose one between Savitri and her. But he says that he will talk to her later regarding this issue because Ishqi just arrived.
During the worship Savitri makes Sonu understand that no matter what happens but she will always stand by her children, and asks to never repeat such mistakes which she has done in her past. Then Ahaan chooses Savitri over her and he will stay with her and after hearing this Dadi gets shocked. Even he accuses Dadi of all exploits which she has done in the past. Meanwhile, Savitri says that she will also bring her children to London where they will stay together.
