The 12th edition of the reality stunt television series took no time to get back its pace because of its contestants. In addition to this Khatron Ke Khiladi is one of the longest-running television shows of all time. The show is based on the American reality stunt television show Fear Factor which later arrived as Fear Factor India in the year 2008.
Later, the spin-off of the main series titled Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi- Made in India was added on 1st August 2022. The show invited the contestants of the previous season to compete in the show. The first two seasons of the show had been hosted by the Khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar. Priyanka Chopra arrived as the host for the third season and Akshay Kumar again represented the fourth season.
Rohit Shetty entertained the 5 and 6 seasons whereas the 7th season was by Arjun Kapoor. Rohit resumed hosting the show by its 8th season and continued as the host for the remaining seasons. Khatron Ke Khiladi season 11 won by Arjun Bijlani and Divanyka Tripathi. The finalist of season 12 is yet to be announced.
