The duo was on their way to a gig when they met with a horrible accident that became the cause of their death. After the news broke, their devastated fans took to their social media account and paid tribute and shared condolence messages to the family and friends. The unexpected death has shattered thousands of fans and they have been searching for the cause of death.

Though some reliable sources have confirmed the death of Mpura and Killer Kau. It is reported that the duo was heading to Rustenberg for their gig when they met with a car crash that turned out to be fatal. Besides, there were speculations that South African DJ Kabza De Small was also with Mupura and Kau at the time of the crash and it was expected that he died along with them.

The 19-years-old’s real name was Sakhile Hlatshwayo who got popular after posting a video song on his Twitter. Luckily, Kau was spotted by popular DJ Euphonik who gave him opportunities. It was then when Killer Kau’s single “Tholokuthi Hey” got viral and made him a personality to be seen maximum on the television while his voice was all over the radio.
At such a young age, Kau released three albums named “Game Changer”, “After School” and “Tom and Jerry” while Mpura is also a popular music artist in South Africa.
