Hello, all the cinema lovers, so, one of the highly anticipated films Laal Singh Chaddha has finally arrived at the box office. The theatrical release of the film was scheduled for 11th August 2022 after much delay due to different reasons and one of them is Pandemic. The film was initially decided to release on 25th December 2020 coinciding with Christmas and the lead star Aamir Khan released most of his film on Christmas. The release date was pushed ahead multiple times and now finally arrived at the box office releasing alongside Akshay Kumar starer Raksha Bandhan. According to the latest box office reports, the film witnessed a low opening on its first day. Along with that, it is also claimed by trade analysts that the film is running behind Raksha Bandhan. However, the difference isn’t much and it is being assumed that the film will witness growth in the upcoming days, especially during the National Holiday. The film has received an extended weekend which might assist the film in collecting a sufficient first-weekend collection.

The response of the audience to the film is quite similar to Akshay Kumar’s family drama. It has witnessed a slow start of around 15-20 per cent. The opening response of the film has just shocked trade analysts as the expectations from the movie are quite high. This is the third even film post-pandemic following Sooryavanshi and 83. Among all three movies, only Sooryavanshi managed to perform well while 83 emerged as a box office failure even after much hype and featured two of the biggest stars of Bollywood Town including Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Well, the previous movies with the lead cast were blockbusters including Baajirao Mastani and Padmaavat.
While moving back to Lal Singh Chaddha, it seems that the film will manage to grab double digits at the box office according to occupancy. But if the response stumbles in the upcoming shows then it would be difficult for the film to attain the figure. The film is directed by Advait Chandan, it is based on Forest Grump by Winston Groom and Eric Roth.
