The popular Indian Bollywood actress Mandira Bedi’s filmmaker husband Raj Kaushal passed away at the age of 49. He lost his life on Wednesday morning and the cause of his death was reportedly a heart attack. The sudden attack caused the filmmaker to die on the spot. The news has shocked the Bollywood industry along with other closed ones. The confirmation of the news got ahead by actor Rohit Roy. He informed that the incident took place around 4:30 AM while he was still at home with his family. However, before the family could receive any medical help, he was gone.
Raj Kaushal is survived by his wife Madira Bedi along with two children Tara and Vir. On Wednesday afternoon, the rituals of the cremation begun where his lifeless body was taken to the Shivaji Ground located in Mumbai. Several personalities from the industry and other relatives joined the funeral. The actors who reached the location include Rohit and Ronit Roy and Ashish Choudhary and more. They all paid homage to the 49-years-old and were seen comforting Mandira Bedi who was seen shattered.
Actor Rohit Roy took to his personal social media account and posted a heavy note. He wrote that he can’t just believe what happened all of a sudden as he is too numb with grief and stated that the incident was just not fair. Other than the actor, filmmaker Onir who had collaborated once with Raj Kaushal in 2005 released film titled “My Brother..Nikhil” also shared his condolences to the family and stated that the industry truly lost an exceptional filmmaker and producer. Onir further stated that he had supported him in his first film and that he will be missed.

The final journey of Mandira Bedi’s husband Raj Kaushal took place on Wednesday at 11 AM. During the procedure, Mandira Bedi was continuously going to her husband’s body and was seen extremely shattered. The personalities who had reached there tried to comfort the actress. Although everyone was wearing masks, the pain was visible in Mandira and her children’s eyes.
