Mick Brigden Cause of Death How Did He Died? Rolling Stones Tour Manager Death Reason

Rolling Stone and Bob Dylan’s former tour manager Mick Brigden has died on September 5 this year. It is being said that he met with a tragic accident last week that resulted in his sudden death. The 73-years-old took his last breath in his Bay Area home at Santa Rosa in California while he originally belonged to the UK. Mick’s death has devasted the family that he left behind including his 34-years-old wife, Julia Dreyer Brigden, his son named Jack along with a step-daughter Jessica and a grandson named David.

Presently, People are wondering how did the accident happen. Sources claim that Mick Brigden was reportedly digging his dog’s grave when he got injured. He was present in Santa Rosa, California and had visited his hilltop property there. While digging the grave of the family’s dog, the tour manager got some injuries. Noticing his critical condition, he was immediately taken to a nearby hospital. Despite the attempts to save his life, Brigden couldn’t survive and the said injuries became the cause of his sudden death. The news has shaken up all his close and dear ones who are finding it hard to believe that Mick is no more.

Looking at Mick Brigden’s career, he spent his 50 years in the music industry as a tour manager. He used to manage the tour of popular personalities such as Taj Mahal, Humble Pie, Carlos Santana and many more. Besides, he was associated with Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, and Joe Satriani, a guitarist, as a manager of tours. Joe Satriani expressed his sorrow on the death of Mick Brigden. He wrote that he never worked that hard or laughed, played, cried hard as he did with Mick standing by his side, The guitarist added that he had the best time of his life with Brigden.

Joe Satriani who also happens to be Mick’s mentor and a close friend addressed him as hardworking, tenacious, honest, respectful, and the superior music business mentor. He stated that he got to learn so many things from him and mainly how to be a good and generous person. Joe added that Brigden always worked hard but remained grounded. Talking about Mick a bit further, he was the ex protégé of manager Bill Graham and worked with him for almost 7 years. In 1976, he took over his management with Arnie Pustilink.
