New Mexico Biker Rally Shooting Update: 3 Dead, 5 Injured

Gangs are becoming a growing problem and young people are turning to gangs to solve the problem in their lives but they did not realize they only creating problems for them and which led them to ruin their life and others’ lives also which is happening in reality as we can see in the New Mexico news. The terrifying and horrible incident that happened in New Mexico where Three people were killed and five-person were injured when a shootout happened between the two gangs.

When was the last time you were able to turn on the news and not hear about some sort of violent act? Crime is a growing concern in most cities, and street gangs are behind a lot of the trouble. Street gangs have plagued the streets for centuries and there is no stopping the urge to commit such hideous crimes. There are persons that one might consider a bad crowd, which are the wrong kids to become friends with. These persons are just beginning to start a life of crime.

The shooting occurred at around 5 pm on Saturday 27 May 2023 when all bike riders reached the Red River, New Mexico to celebrate the 41st Annual Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally. On that day during this festival celebration, Two gangs whose are Bandidos and Water Dog got into an argument over the photo which was taken by another outlaw biker gang in Albuquerque a few days ago and then they confront each other. This argument got worse and caused the shooting.

According to the police, The gun was fired eight times of which three were dead and five are injured. Among those three who were dead two identified as the member of biker gangs. One was identified as Anthony Silva who was 26 years old and a resident of Los Luna belonged to Bandidson Johnson and the other was Randy Sanchez who was 46 years old and a resident of Albuquerque belonged to Water Dogs Gang.

According to police, They arrested three people on accusation and suspicion of murder who were injured in the shooting accident. One was arrested Jacob Castillo who is thirty years old and a member of the Water Dogs gang and the other two belonged to the BandidosĀ  Gang and were also wounded in the shooting. One identified asĀ  Matthew Jackson who is 39 years old and a resident of Austin, Texas another one is Christopher Gracia who is 41 years old. After being treated at a local hospital, Garcia and Jackson were booked at the Taos County Detention Center.
