The most heart-breaking news is arriving forward to the die-hard fans of popular Odia singer Tapu Mishra has passed away at 36 due to the complications of a deadly virus, she has waved her name very well in the singing world. She has sung uncounted songs in more than 150 movies and she has even sung many Spiritual Songs “Bhajan’s” in her career spanning over two decades. Her fans are paying tribute to her on Twitter and other social media platforms due to which there has been a flood of messages.
The news of her death created a wave of mourning and everyone is praying for her soul to rest in peace, prior she lost her father due to a deadly virus on 10th May 2021. The shock from which she and her family could not recover, but no one had any idea that she too would lose her life due to these complications. Singer took her last breath on late night of Saturday, hospitals’s sources have unleashed that 2 days ago she faced an oxygen issue through which her oxygen level stuck on 45.
Then she shifted on a ventilator by the hospital but during the period of shifting her lungs affected a lot, and as per the sources, she has admitted to the hospital on 19th May 2021. The state’s culture department had agreed to provide them with a 1 lack rupees for treatment because her family was making a plan to shift her to Kolkata for ECMO treatment. Even the Odia film industry and music industry started to collect funds for her treatment because her life was in danger.
She had debuted in the Odia film industry and lent her melodious voice approximately in 150 movies, and she had sung many spiritual songs ” Bhajan” in her two decades career. As the news of her death spread across the state, there was a wave of mourning from the different quarters. Naveen Patnaik who is a chief minister of the state has expressed his sad feelings towards the singer and gives her tribute by saying that may god rest in the peace of her soul.
