After completing 71 golden years as an amazing choreographer, the pure soul, Saroj Khan died as of the cardiac arrest on Friday. Well! I really don’t think there would b anyone who is unaware of the ace Bollywood choreographer, Ms. Saroj Khan. She got admitted to Guru Nanak Hospital at Bandra, Mumbai on 17th June. Saroj Khan wasn’t well for a few days and finally, she couldn’t bear that cardiac arrest and left all of us.
Saroj Khan had some breathing problems due to which, the lady was taken to the hospital on 17th June 2020. Not only this, the glory of Bollywood, also was suffering from Diabetes and other related illness. When she admitted to the hospital, the very first step she had taken through was the coronavirus test. Saroj Khan tested negative for the same.
Saroj Khan had a son Hamid Khan, two daughters Hina Khan and Sukyna Khan, and her husband B.Sohanlal. At first, she got difficulties in inhaling, and immediately the lady got admitted to Guru Nanak Hospital. Since she tested negative for Covid-19, the doctors stated it was all due to cold. That moment, the situation wasn’t serious and also, Saroj Khan was supposed to discharged within 3-4 days. But, she couldn’t have survived and we lost her at the age of 71.
Saroj Khan was a mindblowing choreographer. In her lifetime, she has choreographed more than 2,000 songs. It’s unbelievable that Saroj Khan was a background dancer when she was just 3. Later on, she got her first break in 1974 when the film Geeta Mera Naam been choreographed by her. Saroj Khan has got National Award Winners for Hawa Hawai(1987) from Mr. India, Ek DO Teen(1988) from Tezaab, Dhak Dhak Karne Laga(1992) from Beta, and Dola Re Dola(2002) from Devdas.

The last Saroj Khan was seen choreographing Madhuri Dixit for Tabaah Ho Gye from the movie Kalank in 2019. Saroj Khan was born on 22nd November 1948 in Mumbai only, died on 3rd July 2020. All the burial rituals have been performed by her son Raju Khan in Mumbai itself. Saroj Khan’s body has taken to the Ahle Sunnat Cemetry, Malad for further burial.
