The SSLC Result of Tamil Nadu is expected to be announced within this week. The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) of Tamil Nadu is speculated to announce the Xth Board Results with the end of this week and only some days are remaining to the weekend. Students are feeling a mixed emotion of nervousness and excitement. Although Tamil Nadu Board has not released any official statement yet, K.A Sengottayian, minister of education of Tamil Nadu has released a statement regarding the above topic.
He has said that every necessary action is being taken to declare the results of 10th Class as early as possible.
To brief, the Tamil Nadu state board generally discloses the results around the last week of April but due to the ongoing COVID Pandemic, it got postponed for some time. Earlier the results were expected to be announced in the month end of July but it got rescheduled again. And after a whole lot of confusion among the 10th class students, the education minister just stated to expect the results in the first week of August.
Because of the spread of coronavirus, the Tamil Nadu Government had even canceled the Xth Board Exams and had announced that all the aspiring students would get promoted to the next grade as per the marks obtained by them in the quarterly and semi-yearly exams. Later the exams were announced to be held from June 15 to June 26.

According to the modified procedure, 80% of weightage would be given to the marks obtained by the students in the exams conducted before the Pandemic and 20% of weightage would be given to the attendance.
Once the Xth board results get out, the candidates who have given the exams can check their results on the official online site of the Tamil Nadu state board i.e; dge.tn.gov.in. Students can also find out their scorecard of SSLC 10th exam on tnresults.nic.in and their result could also be checked on dge.tn.nic.in.

The 10th Board Exams of Tamil Nadu were conducted from March 27 to April 14 and students who appeared on them can check their results on the official app of ‘TN SSLC Result App’. They can click on the link provided by the government and then can find out their result.
