Well, it is more than a year when the news is coming finally and it has started to spread way faster than the reason due to which schools went on close. However, many times news came that schools will open soon but every time school’s gate moved forward the deadly virus showed its other face and brought the worst circumstances.
The National Capital has finally decided to reopen the city’s schools for VI to XII in a phased manner. While IX to XII shall start from the 1st of September while classes VI to VIII’s students will enter the classes from September 8th. The State Govt of Delhi has released a notification for the classes to go offline for all whether it is senior secondary or secondary every school has come today. Later Chief Minister Mr. Kejriwal said that the govt is seeing all the available options that will help to start the classes physically. Delhi CM also said though he wants to open all the schools but does not want to take any risk for the health and safety of children.
The DDMA (Delhi Disaster Management Authority) said in its reports that schools should not be closed anymore and The DDMA recommended that first all the seniors will be called therefore the National Capital, Lieutenant Governer Baijal asked the officials to organized an expert committee on 6th of August to talk on this decision. In the month of July, the ICMR said that kids can handle the virus as compare to adults. Though it is going to be a deal to watch that how the Govt will manage this because vaccination has not been done yet and most people are still just booking their slots and another thing to keep in mind is, not those are vaccinated who are under 18 so will this decision be a better option or not.
