Although the world is moving at a very fast pace whether it’s in terms of technology or any new inventions, the safety and security of women remain the topic of concern. Yes, recently a very popular film actress of Bangladesh named Pori Moni has accused a renowned businessman of alleged rape and murder. The actress has alleged to him that the said businessman attempted to rape her and even tried to murder her at a club in Bangladesh. She lodged a complaint against the industrialist who was soon arrested on Monday by the police of the country.
Though in her complaint, Pori Moni not just mentioned Nasir U Ahmed for the assault but four other people as well. Soon after the FIR, the police carried out a raid and within some time, they took all the accused in their custody. Joint commissioner of Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan police, Harun or Rashid informed that along with rape and murder charges, the suspects will be charged under Narcotics Control Acts as, during the raid, the police had recovered drugs and alcohol from the site. The commissioner further stated that the accused hold parties at different clubs where they exploited several young women.
Speaking of Bangladeshi actress Pori Moni, her real name is Shamsunnahar Smrity and along with acting, she does modelling as well. She was born on 24th October 1992 at Sathkira, Khulna in Bangladesh and as of now, she is 24 years old. The actress always stays in controversies due to her bold scenes in movies and photoshoots. With the movie Bhalobasha Shimahen in 2015, she started her filmy career and did Television in 2013 as well. Her name was associated with the director Mohammed IM that she is having an affair with him some time ago. However, actress Pori Moni is still unmarried.
