On Friday, the Center informed the Delhi Court that YouTuber Karl Rock has been blacklisted due to violations of visa conditions. As per the exclusive reports and sources, Curl Rock’s Visa Has Been Blacklisted By Government Instructions, Center’s counsel Mr. Anurag Alhuvalia told the bench to the judge Rekha Palli. The court is hearing the petition of the YouTuber’s wife Manisha Malik, as her husband has been denied a visa. The Centre’s decision to enter India was challenged along with calling it unfair, many statements are coming forward. In which she said, “You can be justified but they have to recognize that it is their privilege but it must be justified”.
While passing the notice, the court said on the petition that three weeks’ time was given to it to give the reply. Further saying that if there is any confidential information, then it should be given completely in view of security. Malik’s lawyer argued that when he was going out of the country, his visa was rejected without any prejudice. Ahead he mentioned that Vlogger has been donated plasma at least two times in India during the Pandemic after recovering.
Malik informed in his petition that Karl Rock has made his entire contribution to the efforts for which he has traveled almost all over India, due to the beauty of India which attracts him a lot. Further said that after their marriage, both have been living in India since 2019 and when they went to New Zealand from India on October 10, they did not return. Karl Rock has two nationalities of New Zealand and the Netherland.
The reason for her not coming back is the rejection of her visa for which she is yet to know that the real reason has been done. Because she was just told orally that her husband’s visa has been rejected so that she is not allowed to enter India.
