At the beginning of the episode, Manjiri advises to disregard any past relationships and solely focus on the bond between a father and son. She suggests calling a lawyer to discuss the matter. Aarohi is then seen serving tea to Abhi and Akshu advises Abhinav to be cautious while driving to provide for their child, Abhir. Aarohi expresses her concern for Akshu and explains that her child is everything to her. Abhi reacts strongly, claiming that Akshu is now his wife and emphasizing the importance of their son’s safety.
Akshu advises them to be strong and avoid doubting herself as she cannot handle everything alone without her partner’s support. She also suggests taking rest and having medications for proper sleep. Abhinav asks for permission to hold her hand before sleeping, and Akshu approves. The next day, Neela and Muskaan leave, and Akshu questions why they are departing earlier than necessary. Neela explains that it takes time to reach their destination and wishes to avoid souring their relationship. Meanwhile, Abhir hides during a game of hide and seek, causing concern for Akshu.
Abhi becomes panicked and inquires about Abhir’s whereabouts. Ruhi is requested by him to provide him with information. Afterward, they all search for Abhir while Akshu calls Abhi, requesting to speak to him. Abhinav assures her that everything is alright, while Suwarna asks Akshu to retrieve the aarti plate. Abhi continues his search for Abhir until he hears Abhir’s voice. Upon locating him, Abhi notices Abhir’s fingers appearing outside a trunk while he was unconscious. Afterward, Abhi brings Abhir out, and they all become worried. Abhi checks his pulse and decides to take him to the hospital due to his weak pulse.
Meanwhile, Akshu becomes restless, thinking it may be due to Neela and Muskaan’s departure. She bids farewell to Neela and apologizes for any past misunderstandings. Suddenly, Abhi runs out of the house, and Akshu receives a call from Shefali, shouting Abhir’s name. This causes Abhinav to worry as she drops the phone. Later, Abhi takes Abhir to the hospital, while Manjiri and Shefali are left in disbelief. Manjiri becomes overwhelmed and prays for Abhir before crying.
