So let’s get started The episode starts with the scene when Everyone asks to Arohi where is Abhir then Arohi tells them Abhimanyu is not gathering the strength to operate Abhir. Manish asks Arohi to make understand Abhimanyu to operate with Abhir and Abhinav consoling Akshara who gets teary and cries that Abhimanyu never let anything to Abhir.

Akshara sings a song continuously without drinking water and Kairav asks to stop but she continuously sings on the other hand Abhimanyu starts surgery after coming to his sense. Abhinav goes and gets water for Akshu. Kairav says stop Akshu, she is singing for a long time. Suwarna says she is fighting our fears, she will get a good outcome for her Tapasya. Akshu doesn’t drink the water.
After a few hours, the operation gets to an end and Abhimanyu comes out from the operation theatre everyone asks him about Abhi and asks if the surgery went successful or not. Then Abhimanyu tells them the surgery went successful and Abhir is fine. Abhinav hugs Abhimanyu and everyone gets happy tears.
Akshara gives thanks to Abhimanyu and apologizes to him to doubt Abhimanyu that he is not the best surgeon and tells him if anything will happen to Abhir she can live then Abhimanyu also says same for me as you Abhir is also my everything. Akshara apologizes and says to him sorry to doubt him and tells him he is the best heart surgeon.
Ruhi prays for Aabhir and says she will play football with Aabhir when Abhir will get recover then Shefali asks Ruhi she does not like to play football then why she says this. Ruhi replies she will play for Abhir. Abhinav stands back when Abhir gets consciousness and calls Abhimanyu first then Abhir and Abhinav get shocked after hearing Abhimanyu’s words he will stay with him always. At the end of the episode Abhinav and Akshara meet Abhir and Abhinav cries on the other hand Abhimanyu checks the reports of Abhir which come normal and says all the reports are perfect now.
